Please send us a request via the contact form or email us to email@example.com and include the following information:
Your old registered phone number
- Your new phone number
Please attach one of the following documents to the email or contact form. (Required to confirm identity)
- Passport (front side) or
- Identity card (front and back)
You will then receive an email confirmation from our support team.
