Please note that payments cannot be processed for the following reasons:
- No payment reference number (reference number for online banking) is provided
- The deposit has been received from a third party account (an account that is not in your name)
- The account is not yet activated
- We still need documents to verify the origin of the funds
- The sender of the deposit is not clear or unknown
If your deposit has not been credited to your Coinpanion account after three business days, please send us an email via the contact form or support@coinpanion.com with the transfer confirmation attached.
