A proof of funds is basically a requirement to disclose the origin of your assets when you register with Coinpanion or when you deposit fiat or crypto.
Proof of origin of funds from private individuals
To prove the origin of your funds, you can send us the following documents, among others
Accepted proofs for deposits with fiat currencies:
- Wage, salary and pension statements (not older than three months) and a current income tax assessment. All IBANs, company names and your first and last name registered with Coinpanion must be clearly visible on all documents. We also require a bank statement showing receipt of payment.
- Proof of sale of real estate or other assets. This includes notarised contracts, bank statements (with visible account balance and receipt of payment) and transfer receipts with sender and recipient IBAN, name and date of transfer.
- Evidence of income from investments (e.g. works of art, collectibles) such as contracts and payment receipts with details of the buyer and seller.
- Loan agreement in conjunction with a bank statement showing the transaction.
- Proof of income from capital assets or company participations (e.g. account statement, distribution agreements, dividend resolution and current account statement).
- Proof of income from renting and leasing (e.g. rental agreement at the time of signing and transfer receipt of the last rental income).
- Notarial proof of inheritance or donation by a state-recognised notary public.
The mere mention of the origin of the funds is not sufficient. Please send us the requested documents via our contact form or support@coinpanion.com in JPG/JPEG, PNG or PDF format. Unfortunately, attachments in other formats cannot be processed.
