To invest in one or more portfolios, you first need to deposit money into your Euro account. You can make a deposit via SEPA transfer or debit and credit card:
Deposit via SEPA transfer:
Navigate to the menu item "Funds" in the dashboard.
- Click on "Euro account"
- Click on "Deposit"
- Select the option "SEPA transfer"
- Now you can make a transfer with the following bank details (please note that the deposit cannot be processed without specifying a purpose)
The transfer should reach us within 1-3 working days. Please make a request via the contact form if your deposit has not arrived within the specified time and enclose a transfer confirmation of the transaction as well as your purpose of use.
Deposit via Debit and Credit Card:
Navigate to the "Funds" menu item in the dashboard. 1.
- Click on "Euro account"
- Click on "Deposit"
- Select the option "Debit and credit card"
- Enter an amount of €50 or more and click on "Continue"
- Enter the information of your debit or credit card
- Cardholder name
- Card number
- Valid until
- The CVV
- Check the transaction and click "Continue"
- Confirm the deposit and click on "OK"
The transferred amount should be visible on your dashboard within 5 minutes and you can invest your funds in one of the portfolios.
The deposit has not arrived, what do I do?
If your transfer has not arrived after 3 working days, this may be due to the following reasons:
- All 4 corners and edges of the document are not visible.
- The photo of the document is blurred or illegible.
- The front or back of the document is missing.
- The document is invalid or expired.
- The document originates from a country that is not represented in the European Economic Area.
- The purpose of use has not been specified.
- The deposit was made from a third-party account.
